In this article we reviewed our experience in transplantation of children and young adolescents. Basic data of patients, immunosuppression and transplant function are reported. Favouralbe and unfavourable effects of transplantation have been discussed. A small number of patients cannot permit to make statistical conclusions. The only possible conclusion is the increasing number of such patients in our country require a more rapid development of regular dialysis and transplant program in Yugoslavia.
在本文中，我们回顾了我们在儿童和青少年移植方面的经验。报告了患者的基本数据、免疫抑制情况和移植功能。讨论了移植的有利和不利影响。少数患者无法得出统计学结论。唯一可能的结论是，我国此类患者数量不断增加，这就要求南斯拉夫的常规透析和移植项目能更快发展。
