On a model of caseine amyloidosis in 52 rabbits it was shown that in the preamyloid phase the humoral immunity was stimulated, but as soon as the first deposits of amyloid appeared, it was inhibited. The cellular immunity was inhibited starting from the 20th day of the experiment. On the 40th day of the experiment the cellular immunity was found to be less inhibited in the animals with initial deposits of amyloid as compared with the animals with no amyloidosis; on the 60--80th day in progressing of amyloidosis differences in the degree of inhibition of the cellular immunity were obliterated. The degree of fixation of IgG in amyloid was directly dependent on its content in the blood serum and on the "age" of amyloid.
在52只家兔的酪蛋白淀粉样变性模型中发现，在淀粉样变前期体液免疫受到刺激，但一旦出现淀粉样蛋白的首次沉积，体液免疫就受到抑制。从实验第20天开始，细胞免疫受到抑制。在实验第40天，与未发生淀粉样变性的动物相比，最初有淀粉样蛋白沉积的动物的细胞免疫抑制程度较轻；在淀粉样变性进展的第60 - 80天，细胞免疫抑制程度的差异消失。IgG在淀粉样蛋白中的固定程度直接取决于其在血清中的含量以及淀粉样蛋白的“年龄”。
