A variety of chroman-4-ones bearing phosphine oxide motifs were conveniently synthesized from readily available diphenylphosphine oxides and alkenyl aldehydes via a metal-free tandem phosphinoylation/cyclization protocol. The reaction utilizes KSO as oxidant and proceeds in DMSO/HO at environmentally benign conditions with a broad substrate scope and afforded the title compounds in moderate yields.
通过无金属串联膦酰化/环化反应,由易得的二苯基氧化膦和链烯基醛方便地合成了多种带有氧化膦基序的色满-4-酮。该反应以KSO作为氧化剂,在环境友好的条件下于二甲基亚砜/水中进行,底物范围广泛,以中等产率得到了目标化合物。
