Abstract

In this analysis ministernotomy AVR was associated with improved recovery and QOL at 1 month, but not at 6- or 12-months. While a novel RCT in cardiac surgery is welcome, they must be designed to address important clinical questions and have adequate sample size to provide clinically meaningfully information.
