We present the case of a female patient with anterior primary perineal hernia.
Our 63-year-old obese patient presented with recurrent “inguinal hernia“ at the Hernia Centre of Liberec. However, she was diagnosed with perineal hernia and was indicated for hernioplasty. Combined abdominal and perineal approach was used. One year has elapsed from the surgery and the patient shows no signs of recurrence.
Primary perineal hernia is a challenge for every herniologist. We managed the case using a combined approach with the use of two meshes.
我们介绍一例原发性会阴前疝女性患者的病例。
我们的这位63岁肥胖患者在利贝雷茨疝中心因复发性“腹股沟疝”就诊。然而，她被诊断为会阴疝，并接受了疝修补术。采用了经腹与会阴联合入路。手术已过去一年，患者未出现复发迹象。
原发性会阴疝对每位疝外科医生来说都是一项挑战。我们采用联合入路并使用两片补片处理了该病例。
