Abstract
A culture collection of 50 isolates is available from the CDC & FDA Antibiotic Resistance Isolate Bank. Associated data include antibiotic susceptibility information for azithromycin, cefixime, cefpodoxime, ceftriaxone, tetracycline, ciprofloxacin, penicillin, and spectinomycin and linked whole-genome sequences.
