[Echography of the hip in children. Diagnostic importance].

This paper reports a technique of study of infant hip with ultrasound. Author report observations with 160 sonograms in 40 children. Luxation and subluxation of the hip can be visualised. Hip sonography technique is easy and without exposure to radiation.
