This case report aimed to describe haemostatic agents with systemic methotrexate (MTX) as an effective management for cervical pregnancy with bleeding.
A 34-year-old nulligravida patient was referred due to vaginal spotting and lower abdominal discomfort, and was diagnosed with a cervical pregnancy at 6 weeks of gestation. The patient was treated with a multi-dose MTX regimen, and the bleeding was successfully controlled with haemostatic agents, which were applied at the bleeding site of the cervix. After completion of MTX treatment, beta human chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG) decreased to undetectable range. Furthermore, patients could preserve her uterus and maintain fertility.
Haemostatic agents can be regarded as an effective option for vaginal bleeding due to cervical pregnancy.
本病例报告旨在描述使用全身性甲氨蝶呤（MTX）作为治疗伴出血的宫颈妊娠的有效止血剂。
一名 34 岁的经产妇患者因阴道点滴出血和下腹部不适就诊，被诊断为 6 周妊娠的宫颈妊娠。该患者接受了多剂量 MTX 治疗方案，通过在宫颈出血部位应用止血剂成功控制了出血。MTX 治疗完成后，β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-hCG）降至无法检测的水平。此外，患者保留了子宫并保持了生育能力。
止血剂可被视为治疗宫颈妊娠阴道出血的有效选择。
