A 4 year old child presented with a pancreatoblastoma, a tumor of the pancreas being an exceptional finding in children. Ultrasound and CT scan images of this pancreatic carcinoma are described as well as its course during chemotherapy. Diagnosis is difficult but can be assisted by guided fine needle puncture biopsy.
