The management of exocrine secretions in pancreatic transplants remains an obstacle to success. This report describes an alternative approach for handling this problem. The technique includes a pancreaticocystostomy and occlusion of the accessory pancreatic duct prior to transplantation of the pancreatic graft. Thus far, acceptable results have been obtained by using this method in two whole pancreas transplant cases.
胰腺移植中外分泌的管理仍然是成功的一个障碍。本报告描述了处理这一问题的另一种方法。该技术包括在胰腺移植物移植前进行胰囊肿造口术并封闭副胰管。迄今为止，在两例全胰腺移植病例中使用该方法已获得了可接受的结果。
