The reaction of [W([triple bond, length as m-dash]CC[triple bond, length as m-dash]CSiMe)(CO)(Tp*)] (Tp* = tris(dimethylpyrazolyl)borate) with AgNO affords {[W([triple bond, length as m-dash]CC[triple bond, length as m-dash]CAg)-(CO)(Tp*)][AgNO]} while [Hg{C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CC[triple bond, length as m-dash]W(CO)(Tp*)}] with BuLi affords [W([triple bond, length as m-dash]CC[triple bond, length as m-dash]CLi)(CO)(Tp*)]. These anhydrous reagents allow the installation of main group elements (e.g., Si, Sn, Pb, P, As) as propargylidyne termini.
[W(≡CC≡CSiMe)(CO)(Tp*)](Tp* = 三(二甲基吡唑基)硼酸酯)与AgNO反应生成{[W(≡CC≡CAg)-(CO)(Tp*)][AgNO]},而[Hg{C≡CC≡W(CO)(Tp*)}]与BuLi反应生成[W(≡CC≡CLi)(CO)(Tp*)]。这些无水试剂可使主族元素(如Si、Sn、Pb、P、As)以次炔基端基形式引入。
