Abstract

: To examine the correlation between plasma cerebral biomarkers (S100B and neuron-specific enolase (NSE)) and ultrasonographic optic-nerve-sheath-diameter (ONSD) in preeclampsia. : Thirty preeclampsia patients and 27 controls were included. Mann-Whitney-U test was used for comparison of S100B, NSE, and ONSD in preeclampsia vs. controls. Kendall's tau was used to assess the correlation between biomarkers and ONSD (p < 0.05 significant). : ONSD, S100B and NSE were significantly higher in preeclampsia (p < 0.001, p = 0.004, and p < 0.001, respectively). There was significant correlation between NSE levels and ONSD: Kendall's tau = 0.26; p = 0.01. : S100B and NSE are elevated in severe preeclampsia. NSE correlates with increased ONSD suggesting cerebral edema.

目的

研究子痫前期患者血浆脑生物标志物(S100B和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE))与超声视神经鞘直径(ONSD)之间的相关性。

方法

纳入30例子痫前期患者和27例对照。采用Mann-Whitney-U检验比较子痫前期患者与对照的S100B、NSE和ONSD。采用Kendall's tau评估生物标志物与ONSD之间的相关性(p < 0.05为有显著性差异)。

结果

子痫前期患者的ONSD、S100B和NSE显著更高(分别为p < 0.001、p = 0.004和p < 0.001)。NSE水平与ONSD之间存在显著相关性:Kendall's tau = 0.26;p = 0.01。

结论

重度子痫前期患者的S100B和NSE升高。NSE与ONSD增加相关,提示存在脑水肿。
