Spinal schwannomas are commonly presented with minor symptoms, including radicular pain, sensory deficits, and minor neurologic deficit. Acute neurologic deterioration is uncommon.
In this study, a case of cauda equina schwannoma presented with acute neurologic deficit after movement of spinal schwannoma is presented.
It is noted that movement of spinal schwannoma and resultant acute neurologic deterioration should be considered during the follow-up.
脊髓神经鞘瘤通常表现为轻微症状，包括神经根痛、感觉缺失和轻微神经功能缺损。急性神经功能恶化并不常见。
本研究报道了一例马尾神经鞘瘤患者，其在脊髓神经鞘瘤活动后出现急性神经功能缺损。
在随访过程中应注意脊髓神经鞘瘤的活动及其导致的急性神经功能恶化。
