Three new indole alkaloids, ophiorrhines C-D (1-3), together with one known analogue, have been isolated from the plant of Ophiorrhiza cantoniensis Hace. The structures of the new alkaloids with the absolute configurations were elucidated by means of spectroscopic methods, electronic circular dichroism (ECD) and calculated nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) with DP4+ analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited certain activity to Con-A induced T cell proliferation, and 1 exhibited good inhibition on LPS-induced B cell proliferation with an IC value of 8.7 μM.
从广州蛇根草(Ophiorrhiza cantoniensis Hace)植物中分离出三种新的吲哚生物碱,蛇根草碱C-D(1-3)以及一种已知类似物。通过光谱方法、电子圆二色光谱(ECD)和采用DP4 +分析的计算核磁共振(NMR)确定了新生物碱的结构及其绝对构型。化合物1和2对刀豆蛋白A诱导的T细胞增殖表现出一定活性,化合物1对脂多糖诱导的B细胞增殖具有良好的抑制作用,IC50值为8.7 μM。
