infection is rarely reported in patients with chronic active Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection. We reported an old man with chronic fever, pleomorphic rash, cough, EBV viraemia, and secondary hemophagocytic syndrome. Repeated histological biopsy and culture of skin lesions revealed . This patient was diagnosed as chronic active EBV infection, and infection. After treated with glucocorticoid steroids and anti-fungal therapy, the patient finally recovered. EBV infection is usually seen in immune compromised patients, who are susceptible to opportunistic pathogens rarely as in this case.
慢性活动性EB病毒（EBV）感染患者很少报告有感染情况。我们报告了一位患有慢性发热、多形性皮疹、咳嗽、EBV病毒血症和继发性噬血细胞综合征的老年男性。对皮肤病变进行反复组织学活检和培养发现……该患者被诊断为慢性活动性EBV感染以及……感染。在接受糖皮质激素和抗真菌治疗后，患者最终康复。EBV感染通常见于免疫功能低下的患者，他们很少像该病例这样易患机会性病原体感染。
