Abstract

A 69-year-old male patient developed gross hematuria. Cystoscopy revealed a very small mass growing from the dome. The patient underwent transurethral resection of the mass under epidural anesthesia. Pathological examination of the resected specimen revealed submucosal leiomyoma of the bladder. The pathology, clinical manifestations, radiological and cystoscopic findings, treatment and prognosis of vesical leiomyoma are reviewed.

一名69岁男性患者出现肉眼血尿。膀胱镜检查发现一个从膀胱顶部生长的非常小的肿块。该患者在硬膜外麻醉下接受了经尿道肿块切除术。切除标本的病理检查显示为膀胱黏膜下平滑肌瘤。本文对膀胱平滑肌瘤的病理、临床表现、影像学和膀胱镜检查结果、治疗及预后进行了综述。
