Abstract

Automated production of [F]MK-6240 was implemented for the first time in the CFN-MPS200 module. Three consecutive productions of [F]MK-6240 complied with the product specifications. Formulated [F]MK-6240 maintained stability, as measured by radio-high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), as well as clarity and pH, over a period of 8 h. Our established method can facilitate multi-center trials and widespread use of [F]MK-6240.
