Xiaolong Mountain, located in warm temperate subtropical transition zone, is one of the important biodiversity conservation areas in China. We analyzed species composition, community structure, and habitat preferences of all woody plant species with DBH (diameter at breast height)≥1 cm in a 6 hm plot in Xiaolong Mountain, Gansu Province, Northwest China. A total of 29251 individuals (41735 stems) belonging to 33 families, 65 genera, and 124 species were recorded. The 28 species with importance value ≥1 contributed 82.9% to the total abundance. The top four species with the highest importance value were var. , , var. and . The structure of DBH size class of all stems showed an inverse 'J' type, indicating a successful regeneration tendency in the understory. Results from the indicator species analysis showed that 11 species had significant habitat prefe-rences, an two species ( and subsp. ) had the most obvious preferences. Results from the redundancy analysis and partial methods showed that topographic factors played a dominant role in determining species distribution.
小陇山位于暖温带向亚热带的过渡地带,是中国重要的生物多样性保护区之一。我们对中国西北甘肃省小陇山一片6公顷样地内胸径(DBH,即距地面1.3米高处树干的直径)≥1厘米的所有木本植物物种的种类组成、群落结构和栖息地偏好进行了分析。共记录到29251株个体(41735根茎),分属于33科、65属、124种。重要值≥1的28个物种占总丰度的82.9%。重要值最高的前四个物种分别是……变种、……、……变种和……。所有茎干的胸径大小级结构呈倒“J”型,表明林下更新趋势良好。指示物种分析结果表明,11个物种具有显著的栖息地偏好,其中两个物种(……和……亚种)的偏好最为明显。冗余分析和偏方法分析结果表明,地形因素在决定物种分布方面起主导作用。
