Abstract

Castleman's disease (angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia) rarely presents as an isolated retroperitoneal mass radiographically indistinguishable from retroperitoneal malignancies. We report a case of the hyaline vascular variant of Castleman's disease presenting as a calcified pararenal mass. Computerized tomography and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging of this lesion are presented, and its clinical behavior and management are discussed.

Castleman病（血管滤泡性淋巴结增生）很少表现为孤立的腹膜后肿块，影像学上与腹膜后恶性肿瘤难以区分。我们报告一例Castleman病透明血管型表现为肾旁钙化肿块的病例。本文展示了该病变的计算机断层扫描和核磁共振成像结果，并讨论了其临床行为和治疗方法。
