Abstract

(Celastraceae), belonging to the monotypic genus, is an endangered species endemic to eastern China. The complete chloroplast (cp) genome sequence of . was determined using next-generation sequencing technology. Total length of the cp genome is 159,208 bp, which contained a large single-copy (LSC) of 88,024 bp in length and a small single copy (SSC) of 18,662 bp, separated by two inverted repeats (IRs) of 26,261 bp. The cp DNA is structured with 133 genes, comprising 88 protein-coding genes, 37 tRNA genes, and eight rRNA genes. Phylogenetic analysis suggested that is closely related to the genus and with in the Celastraceae.

卫矛科,属于单型属,是中国东部特有的濒危物种。利用下一代测序技术测定了[物种名称]的完整叶绿体(cp)基因组序列。cp基因组全长159,208 bp,其中包含一个长度为88,024 bp的大单拷贝(LSC)和一个长度为18,662 bp的小单拷贝(SSC),由两个长度为26,261 bp的反向重复序列(IR)隔开。cp DNA由133个基因组成,包括88个蛋白质编码基因、37个tRNA基因和8个rRNA基因。系统发育分析表明,[物种名称]与卫矛科中的[属名1]属和[属名2]属密切相关。
