In this study, the complete mitochondrial genome of was sequenced and got a whole length of 16605 bp. This genome was contain 2 rRNA, 22 tRNA, 13 protein-coding genes, 1 control region (D-loop) and 1 replication origin. And the nucleotide composition of this mitochondrial genome is 27.72% for A, 26.28% for T, 27.23% for C and 18.77% for G. To clarify the phylogenetic relationship of the , we concluded the phylogenetic tree using 12 PCGs (except ) of mitochondrial genome in and 16 other cyprinid fish by Bayesian inference (BI) methods and maximum-likelihood (ML). And the result show that was close to other species, especially .
在本研究中,对[物种名称]的完整线粒体基因组进行了测序,全长为16605 bp。该基因组包含2个rRNA、22个tRNA、13个蛋白质编码基因、1个控制区(D-loop)和1个复制起点。该线粒体基因组的核苷酸组成中,A占27.72%,T占26.28%,C占27.23%,G占18.77%。为了阐明[物种名称]的系统发育关系,我们通过贝叶斯推断(BI)方法和最大似然法(ML),利用[物种名称]线粒体基因组的12个蛋白质编码基因(除[某基因名称]外)以及16种其他鲤科鱼类构建了系统发育树。结果表明,[物种名称]与其他[相关物种名称]物种相近,尤其是[具体物种名称]。
