Abstract

The belongs to Pyralidae in Lepidoptera. The complete mitogenome of was described in this study, which is typical circular duplex molecules and 15,430 bp in length, containing the standard metazoan set of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes, and an A + T-rich region. The gene order is same with other lepidopterans. Except for started with CGA, all other PCGs started with the standard ATN codons. Most of the PCGs terminated with the stop codon TAA, whereas has the incomplete stop codon T. The phylogenetic tree showed that and other six species belong to Phycitinae, are clustered into a clade.

该物种属于鳞翅目螟蛾科。本研究描述了该物种的完整线粒体基因组,其为典型的环状双链分子,长度为15430bp,包含后生动物标准的13个蛋白质编码基因、22个转运RNA基因、2个核糖体RNA基因以及一个富含A+T的区域。基因排列顺序与其他鳞翅目昆虫相同。除了以CGA起始外,所有其他蛋白质编码基因均以标准的ATN密码子起始。大多数蛋白质编码基因以终止密码子TAA结束,而有一个以不完全终止密码子T结束。系统发育树显示该物种与其他六个物种属于粉螟亚科,聚为一个分支。
