Abstract

is widely inhabited in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. So far, little mitochondrial genome information of this genus has been described. To grasp a better comprehension on the molecular basis of , we obtained the complete mitochondrial DNA genome sequences of this species. The mitogenome was 17,320 bp in length, which consists of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, 2 rRNA genes, and 1 noncoding regions. The complete mitochondrial genome of would be of great utility in the phylogenetic analysis of the Lagomorpha and also provide meritorious insights into the deeper problems of the phylogenic analysis.

广泛分布于青藏高原。到目前为止,关于该属的线粒体基因组信息描述很少。为了更好地理解其分子基础,我们获得了该物种的完整线粒体DNA基因组序列。线粒体基因组长度为17320 bp,由13个蛋白质编码基因、22个tRNA基因、2个rRNA基因和1个非编码区组成。该物种的完整线粒体基因组在兔形目系统发育分析中将具有很大的用途,也将为系统发育分析的更深层次问题提供有价值的见解。
