BACKGROUND
Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic. Administered orally, intramuscularly, or topically, this drug is used in the symptomatic treatment of muscular spasms and rheumatologic disorders. Despite its extensive use, thiocolchicoside is a very rare sensitizer.
OBJECTIVE
To evaluate IgE-mediated reaction to thiocolchicoside by basophil activation test.
METHODS
Allergological work-up with skin prick tests, intradermal tests and basophil activation test with thiocolchicoside.
RESULTS
We report the first case of immediate reaction to thiocolchicoside confirmed by basophil activation test in addition to positive skin tests.
CONCLUSIONS
BAT can be considered a complementary diagnostic tool to demonstrate an IgE-mediated reaction also for muscle relaxant drugs.

硫代秋水仙碱是一种肌肉松弛剂、抗炎药和镇痛药。该药物可通过口服、肌肉注射或局部给药，用于治疗肌肉痉挛和风湿性疾病的症状。尽管硫代秋水仙碱被广泛应用，但它是一种非常罕见的致敏原。
目的
通过嗜碱性粒细胞活化试验评估硫代秋水仙碱的 IgE 介导反应。
方法
进行过敏检查，包括皮肤点刺试验、皮内试验和嗜碱性粒细胞活化试验。
结果
我们报告了首例通过嗜碱性粒细胞活化试验证实的硫代秋水仙碱即刻反应的病例，此外还有皮肤试验阳性。
结论
嗜碱性粒细胞活化试验可作为一种补充诊断工具，用于证实包括肌肉松弛剂在内的药物的 IgE 介导反应。
