Abstract

Liposarcoma of the spermatic cord is a rare tumor. Most are of a low-grade malignancy, and treatment is wide local excision with radical orchiectomy. At present there is no clear indication for chemotherapy. Because recurrence, especially local recurrence, is a possibility, periodic followup is necessary. Local recurrences are treated with repeat wide local excision and radiotherapy.

精索脂肪肉瘤是一种罕见的肿瘤。大多数为低级别恶性肿瘤，治疗方法是广泛局部切除并根治性睾丸切除术。目前尚无明确的化疗指征。由于存在复发的可能性，尤其是局部复发，因此需要定期随访。局部复发采用再次广泛局部切除和放疗进行治疗。
