[Surgical treatment of giant cell tumors of the bones using corundo-ceramic endoprostheses].

The paper discusses the data on the use of corundoceramic endoprostheses in 23 patients following excision of giant cell tumor of extremity bones. Articular ends of the long tubular bones were replaced in 20 patients and diaphysis defects in 3 cases. The 7-year experience with ceramic endoprostheses demonstrated good results in most cases.
