CHNHPbBr@CsPbBr quantum dots were prepared by epitaxially growing a CsPbBr shell on the surface of CHNHPbBr due to their similar crystal structures. The inorganic CsPbBr shell provides enhanced stability for the CHNHPbBr core. Compared with that of CHNHPbBr, the photoluminescence of CHNHPbBr@CsPbBr quantum dots is not only strong, but also stable for months, in addition to having a high quantum yield.
CHNHPbBr@CsPbBr量子点是通过在CHNHPbBr表面外延生长CsPbBr壳层制备的,因为它们具有相似的晶体结构。无机CsPbBr壳层为CHNHPbBr核提供了更高的稳定性。与CHNHPbBr相比,CHNHPbBr@CsPbBr量子点的光致发光不仅很强,而且在几个月内都很稳定,此外还具有很高的量子产率。
