Penile prostheses.

Over the past few years, three new devices have been made available to implant surgeons. These devices are all paired intracorporeal implants that attempt to combine the esthetic qualities of the multicomponent inflatable device with the ease of surgical implantation of the malleable device. Indications as well as technical considerations of penile implant surgery are discussed.
