Abstract

The complete mitochondrial genome (mitogenome) of (Anura: Dicroglossidae) we sequenced can provide critical information for mitogenome evolution. This mitogenome with 17,046 bp long contains 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 transfer RNA genes, two ribosomal RNA genes, and one non-coding regions. The overall AT content of 58.6%. The data using Bayesian phylogenetic inference supports the close relationship with from the genus . Our results will be helpful for detail study on phylogenetic relationships of the related taxa.

我们测序的（无尾目：叉舌蛙科）的完整线粒体基因组（线粒体基因组）可为线粒体基因组进化提供关键信息。这个长度为17,046 bp的线粒体基因组包含13个蛋白质编码基因（PCGs）、22个转运RNA基因、两个核糖体RNA基因和一个非编码区。总体AT含量为58.6%。使用贝叶斯系统发育推断的数据支持了与叉舌蛙属的亲缘关系。我们的结果将有助于对相关分类群的系统发育关系进行详细研究。
