Abstract

The complete plastid genome of , a critically endangered plant species with extremely small populations, was obtained using Illumina HiSeq X Ten and ONT PromethION sequencing. The full length of the plastid genome is 206,467 bp with an overall GC content of 35.8%, which encodes 118 unique genes, including 78 protein-coding genes, 36 tRNA and 4 rRNA genes. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that all species formed a monophyletic clade. This study provides a valuable reference and will facilitate future studies related to the general characteristics and evolution of plastid genomes in the genus .

通过Illumina HiSeq X Ten和ONT PromethION测序获得了一种极度濒危且种群数量极少的植物物种的完整质体基因组。质体基因组全长206,467 bp,总体GC含量为35.8%,编码118个独特基因,包括78个蛋白质编码基因、36个tRNA和4个rRNA基因。系统发育分析表明,所有该物种形成一个单系分支。本研究提供了有价值的参考,并将促进未来与该属质体基因组的一般特征和进化相关的研究。
