Abstract

, an importantmedicinal plantin Fabaceae, is mainly distributed in southern Asia. In this study, we reported the complete chloroplast (cp) genome of assembled with Illumina sequencing data. The whole cp genome of this species is 151,925 bp in length, consisting of two inverted repeat regions (IR, 25,083 bp), one large single-copy region (LSC, 83,541 bp), and one small single-copy region (SSC, 18,218 bp).A total of 128 genes were annotated for the chloroplast genome, including 83 protein-coding genes, 37 tRNAs and 8 rRNAs. 豆科一种重要的药用植物,主要分布在亚洲南部。在本研究中,我们报道了利用Illumina测序数据组装得到的该植物完整叶绿体(cp)基因组。该物种的整个cp基因组长度为151,925 bp,由两个反向重复区域(IR,25,083 bp)、一个大单拷贝区域(LSC,83,541 bp)和一个小单拷贝区域(SSC,18,218 bp)组成。叶绿体基因组共注释了128个基因,包括83个蛋白质编码基因、37个tRNA和8个rRNA。系统发育分析表明,该植物与某属密切相关。
