Abstract

one of the most important and be cherished uncultivated animals, although, origins of the most remain unknown. Therefore, the complete mitochondrial genome of the (also named seven-colours , one of the oldest wild birds in China known for their preciousness) was obtained for the first time, the mitogenome is 166,786 bp in length, and it harbours 2rRNA genes, 13 protein-coding genes, 22tRNA genes, and a D-loop region. According to the phylogenetic tree, we can assume that and are within the same lineage, and is a different group with Red Jungle.

摘要

其中一种最重要且珍稀的未驯化动物,尽管其大多数的起源仍不为人知。因此,首次获得了(也被称为七彩,是中国最古老的珍稀野生鸟类之一)的完整线粒体基因组,该线粒体基因组长度为166,786 bp,包含2个rRNA基因、13个蛋白质编码基因、22个tRNA基因和一个D-loop区域。根据系统发育树,我们可以推测和属于同一谱系,而与红原鸡是不同的群体。
