In this study a Sipuncula species sp. was collected from seagrass area from Chuuk lagoon Micronesia and its complete mitochondrial genome analyzed. This is the second complete mitochondrial genome record from the genus after . The total length of mitochondrial genome of the species is 16,571 bp, which is longer than record. Also, locations of tRNA-Gly and putative control region are different between two records. Furthermore, phylogenetic relationship of sp. are investigated due to protein-coding genes of mitochondrial genome. Due to the lack of recorded data, has been observed is the closest species to sp. and they are belonging to the monophyletic group.
在本研究中,从密克罗尼西亚楚克泻湖的海草区域采集到一种星虫物种(Sipuncula species sp.),并对其完整的线粒体基因组进行了分析。这是该属继[此处缺失相关信息]之后的第二条完整线粒体基因组记录。该物种线粒体基因组的总长度为16,571 bp,比[此处缺失相关信息]的记录更长。此外,两条记录中tRNA - Gly和假定控制区的位置也有所不同。此外,基于线粒体基因组的蛋白质编码基因对该星虫物种(sp.)的系统发育关系进行了研究。由于缺乏记录数据,已观察到[此处缺失相关信息]是与该星虫物种(sp.)最接近的物种,它们属于单系类群。
