The complete chloroplast genome of was obtained by using 454 pyrosequencing technology. chloroplast genome is 157,906 base pairs containing 115 unique genes, including 79 protein-coding genes, 39 tRNAs and eight rRNAs. Phylogenetic analysis of the protein-coding genes indicates that is clearly a member of the Rosaceae order.
