Abstract

The loggerhead turtle, (Linnaeus, 1758), is an endangered sea turtle in Colombian Caribbean beach. In the present study was sequenced the complete mitochondrial DNA of three loggerhead turtles using Illumina next-generation sequencing (NGS). The average nucleotide frequency was A: 35% T: 26%, C: 27% and G: 12%. This genome provides knowledge to the study of genetic variations and evolution of mitochondrial genomes of . The sequences were deposited at the GenBank database under the accession number MF554690.1, MF579504.1 and MF579505.1.

蠵龟(Linnaeus,1758年)是哥伦比亚加勒比海滩的一种濒危海龟。在本研究中,使用Illumina下一代测序(NGS)对三只蠵龟的完整线粒体DNA进行了测序。平均核苷酸频率为A:35%、T:26%、C:27%和G:12%。该基因组为蠵龟线粒体基因组的遗传变异和进化研究提供了知识。这些序列已存入GenBank数据库,登录号为MF554690.1、MF579504.1和MF579505.1。
