Total mitochondrial genome of collected from the coastal water of Busan, Korea, was determined by the bioinformatic assembly of the contigs generated by Illumina Miseq platform. The circular complete mitochondrial genome of was 13, 216 bp in length, which contains 13 proteins, 2 ribosomal RNAs, and 22 tRNAs. Mitochondrial gene order of is considerably different from the mitochondrial genome of in which 6 genes (ND1, COX2, CYTB, ND4L, ND5, and ND6) were differently located. Phylogenetic analysis with COI regions showed that is most closely related to . However, not all species formed a single clade based on the phylogenetic analysis by COI region and more mitochondrial genomes in this genus should be further studied to have a better knowledge of the evolutional relationship of the nudibranchs.
是在韩国和日本海域很少被鉴定出的裸鳃亚目物种。从韩国釜山沿海水域采集的样本的线粒体全基因组,是通过对Illumina Miseq平台产生的重叠群进行生物信息学组装来确定的。该样本的环状完整线粒体基因组长度为13216bp,包含13种蛋白质、2种核糖体RNA和22种转运RNA。该样本的线粒体基因顺序与另一种样本的线粒体基因组有很大不同,其中6个基因(ND1、COX2、CYTB、ND4L、ND5和ND6)的位置不同。基于COI区域的系统发育分析表明,该样本与另一种样本关系最为密切。然而,并非所有该属物种基于COI区域的系统发育分析都形成一个单系分支,该属中更多的线粒体基因组应进一步研究,以便更好地了解裸鳃亚目的进化关系。
