Abstract

This study determined the complete mitochondrial genome of the hybrid grouper ♀ × . ♂. The complete mitochondrial genome is 16,743 bp long and includes 13 protein-coding genes, two A genes, 22 genes, and a control region. The nucleotide composition of the L-strand was as follows: A 20.00, C 14.10, G 29.21, and T 36.68%. All of the genes are encoded on the H-strand, except for NADH dehydrogenase subunit (ND6) and eight genes. A phylogenetic tree constructed using the maximum-likelihood (ML) method showed that the hybrid grouper ♀ × . ♂ is similar to . .

本研究测定了杂交石斑鱼♀×♂的完整线粒体基因组。完整的线粒体基因组长度为16743 bp,包括13个蛋白质编码基因、两个A基因、22个基因和一个控制区。轻链的核苷酸组成如下:A占20.00%、C占14.10%、G占29.21%、T占36.68%。除NADH脱氢酶亚基(ND6)和8个基因外,所有基因均由重链编码。使用最大似然(ML)方法构建的系统发育树表明,杂交石斑鱼♀×♂与……相似。
