Abstract
In 1984-1986, interstitial gamma-therapy was used in 57 patients for cancer of the oral cavity (28), tongue (16) and lower lip (13). Complete regression was observed in 44 (77.3%) patients. No severe side effects were registered. The treatment proved less effective in cases of large tumor located in proximal areas of the oral cavity.

1984年至1986年期间，对57例口腔癌（28例）、舌癌（16例）和下唇癌（13例）患者采用了间质γ射线治疗。44例（77.3%）患者出现完全消退。未记录到严重副作用。结果表明，对于位于口腔近端区域的大肿瘤，该治疗效果较差。
