Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common cardiac arrhythmias. More and more attention has been paid to its risk factor control and multidisciplinary management. A number of studies have proved that patients with AF benefit from cardiac rehabilitation. However, a unified management plan of cardiac rehabilitation for patients with AF is lacking in China. Thus, a Chinese expert consensus on the rehabilitation of AF (including valvular AF and non-valvular AF) is compiled based on newly issued related guidelines at home and abroad, in which the updated important academic content is included. This consensus mainly includes the upstream management of AF, multidimensional rehabilitation evaluation and exercise prescription.
心房颤动（AF）是最常见的心律失常之一。其危险因素控制和多学科管理越来越受到关注。多项研究已证明，房颤患者可从心脏康复中获益。然而，我国缺乏针对房颤患者的统一心脏康复管理方案。因此，基于国内外新发布的相关指南，编写了一份关于房颤（包括瓣膜性房颤和非瓣膜性房颤）康复的中国专家共识，其中纳入了更新的重要学术内容。本共识主要包括房颤的上游管理、多维康复评估和运动处方。
