A water-soluble and low-valent rhenium(I) catalyst for the C2 alkenylation of -pyridyl/-pyrimidylindole derivatives with ynamides under mild conditions using water as the solvent has been described. The reaction of -pyridyl/-pyrimidyl indole with the ynamide afforded the C2--selective alkenylation derivative as the sole product, and the reactions of -pyrimidylanilines delivered the corresponding -alkenylated product rather than the expected C-H alkenylation products in high yields under the same conditions.
已经报道了一种水溶性低价铼(I)催化剂,该催化剂能在温和条件下以水为溶剂,实现吡啶基/嘧啶基吲哚衍生物与炔酰胺的C2烯基化反应。吡啶基/嘧啶基吲哚与炔酰胺的反应以C2选择性烯基化衍生物作为唯一产物,并且在相同条件下,嘧啶基苯胺的反应能高产率地得到相应的β-烯基化产物,而非预期的C-H烯基化产物。
