BACKGROUND AND AIM OF WORK
Posterior thigh compartment syndrome is a rare injury. We reported a case of a 49-year-old man developing posterior thigh compartment syndrome after an accidental fall at home causing hamstring tendon avulsion while assuming antiaggregant therapy.
METHODS
We decided to treat the patient with an immediate fasciotomy and tendon avulsion fixation with two anchors.
RESULTS
we managed to treat successfully our patient.
CONCLUSIONS
We suggest to pay attention to a positive medical history for antiaggregant/anticoagulation therapy and to perform in the same surgical setting both fasciotomy and fixation.
背景与工作目的
股后间隔室综合征是一种罕见的损伤。我们报告了一例 49 岁男性在家中意外摔倒后发生的股后间隔室综合征，该患者同时接受抗血小板/抗凝治疗，导致腘绳肌腱撕脱。
方法
我们决定立即行筋膜切开术，并使用两个锚钉固定肌腱撕脱。
结果
我们成功地治疗了我们的患者。
结论
我们建议注意抗血小板/抗凝治疗的阳性病史，并在同一手术环境中同时进行筋膜切开术和固定术。
