The classification of pendants is made from the view of constitutional type and operating method. There are only two different kinds: skin pendant and fat pendant. The operating correcture of skin pendants is made by Contamin and of fat pendants by Schrimpf. Good operating results, little complications and no case of death make it possible beside the pendant plastic to do other surgical interventions so as laparotomies, herniotomies and vaginal operations. Beside an operating method that takes care of the skin, the following conditions must be fulfilled: an intact coronary- and circulation system, thrombosis prophylaxis, most carefull haemostasis, skin suture without tension and REDON-Drainage.
垂饰的分类是从体质类型和操作方法的角度进行的。只有两种不同类型：皮肤垂饰和脂肪垂饰。皮肤垂饰的手术矫正由孔塔曼进行，脂肪垂饰的手术矫正由施林普夫进行。良好的手术效果、较少的并发症且无死亡病例，这使得除垂饰整形外还能进行其他外科手术，如剖腹术、疝修补术和阴道手术。除了一种注重皮肤的手术方法外，还必须满足以下条件：冠状动脉和循环系统完整、预防血栓形成、极其小心地止血、无张力皮肤缝合和雷东引流。
