Radiological evaluation of chronic hemophilic arthropathy by the Pettersson score: problems in correlation in adult patients.

This study deals with the distribution and extent of hemophilic arthropathy (HA) in 52 adult patients suffering from severe hemophilia A. A clinical and radiological evaluation was undertaken and the results were compared. The limitations of the currently used radiological scoring system are discussed.
