Here we propose a new parameter, the Expanding Coefficient (EC), that can be correlated with the thermodynamic stability of supramolecular complexes governed by weak secondary interactions and obeying the induced-fit model. The EC values show a good linear relationship with the log of the respective pseudorotaxane complexes investigated. According to Cram's Principle of Preorganization, the EC can be considered an approximate mechanical measure of the host's reorganization energy cost upon adopting the final bound geometry.
在此,我们提出了一个新参数——扩展系数(EC),它可以与由弱二级相互作用控制并遵循诱导契合模型的超分子复合物的热力学稳定性相关联。EC值与所研究的各个准轮烷复合物的对数呈现出良好的线性关系。根据克拉姆的预组织原理,EC可以被视为主体在采用最终结合几何结构时重组能量成本的一种近似力学度量。
