The authors have investigated 144 patients 58 of whom had a diagnosed stroke with minimal residual symptoms and described peculiarities of the pathogenesis of this abnormality and the principles of its diagnosis. The expediency of the isolation of this form of acute cerebral circulatory impairment is justified.
