Fifty-six patients with attack-type and attack-type progressive schizophrenia with manifestations of adynamic depression have been examined. On the basis of the findings obtained three types of the psychopathological structure of the given variant of the depressive syndrome (ideational, motor and mixed) have been identified. Some characteristics of clinical manifestations and the course of schizophrenia running with adynamic depressive states have been discovered.
对56例具有发作型和发作型进行性精神分裂症且伴有动力缺乏性抑郁表现的患者进行了检查。基于所获得的研究结果，确定了抑郁综合征这一特定变体的三种精神病理结构类型（观念型、运动型和混合型）。还发现了伴有动力缺乏性抑郁状态的精神分裂症临床表现及病程的一些特征。
