Translation, cross-cultural adaptation, and reliability and validity of the Turkish version of the SF-Qualiveen in people with multiple sclerosis.

AIMS
The short form Qualiveen (SF-Qualiveen) is a simple, easy to understand, and valid scale used to evaluate the effect of urologic problems on quality of life in neurological patients. The aim of this study was to translate, culturally adapt, and validate the Turkish version of the SF-Qualiveen in people with multiple sclerosis (pwMS).
METHODS
Translation and cultural adaptation of the questionnaire was carried out after obtaining the necessary permissions. To decide on the final Turkish version of SF-Qualiveen, ten pwMS with urologic problems were pre-tested. Patients included in the study were asked to complete the Turkish SF-Qualiveen and urinary distress inventory-short form (UDI-6) questionnaires. The validity and reliability of the scale were determined after the retest 2 weeks later.
RESULTS
Sixty-three pwMS with urologic problems were enrolled. Internal consistency (Cronbach's α = 0.87) and reproducibility intraclass correlation coefficient [ICC] = 0.97) were good for the total SF-Qualiveen. The Cronbach's α and ICC values ranged from 0.43 to 0.77 and 0.88-0.98 for SF-Qualiveen subscales, respectively. Content validity of the questionnaire was appropriate. A moderate correlation was founded between the SF-Qualiveen and the UDI-6 (r = 0.62; p < 0.001). There were no floor or ceiling effects in our study.
CONCLUSION
The Turkish version of the SF-Qualiveen is a valid and reliable questionnaire for pwMS.
目的
简式 Qualiveen（SF-Qualiveen）是一种简单、易于理解且有效的量表，用于评估神经科患者的泌尿科问题对生活质量的影响。本研究旨在翻译、文化调适并验证多发性硬化症（pwMS）患者的 SF-Qualiveen 土耳其语版本。
方法
在获得必要许可后，对问卷进行翻译和文化调适。为了确定 SF-Qualiveen 的最终土耳其语版本，我们对 10 名患有泌尿科问题的 pwMS 进行了预测试。入组患者被要求填写土耳其语版 SF-Qualiveen 和尿困扰量表-简短版（UDI-6）问卷。两周后进行重测，以确定量表的有效性和可靠性。
结果
共纳入 63 名患有泌尿科问题的 pwMS。SF-Qualiveen 的内部一致性（Cronbach's α=0.87）和重测信度（ICC=0.97）良好。SF-Qualiveen 各分量表的 Cronbach's α 值和 ICC 值范围分别为 0.43-0.77 和 0.88-0.98。问卷的内容效度适当。SF-Qualiveen 与 UDI-6 之间存在中度相关性（r=0.62；p<0.001）。在我们的研究中，没有出现地板效应或天花板效应。
结论
