Abstract

F. H. Chen & C. M. Hu (Primulaceae) is endemic to the Emei Mountain of China. In this study, we characterized the complete chloroplast genome of based on next-generation sequencing (NGS). The complete chloroplast genome of was 154,677 bp in size with a typical quadripartite structure, containing a large single-copy (LSC) region of 85,299 bp and a small single-copy (SSC) region of 17,816 bp. These two regions were separated by a pair of inverted repeat regions (IRs), each of 25,781 bp. A total of 130 functional genes were encoded, consisted of 86 protein-coding genes (PCG), 36 tRNA genes, and eight ribosomal RNA (rRNA) genes.

陈发虎和胡成华(报春花科)为中国峨眉山特有植物。在本研究中,我们基于二代测序(NGS)对其完整叶绿体基因组进行了特征分析。该植物的完整叶绿体基因组大小为154,677 bp,具有典型的四分体结构,包含一个85,299 bp的大单拷贝(LSC)区域和一个17,816 bp的小单拷贝(SSC)区域。这两个区域由一对反向重复区域(IRs)隔开,每个反向重复区域长度为25,781 bp。共编码130个功能基因,包括86个蛋白质编码基因(PCG)、36个tRNA基因和8个核糖体RNA(rRNA)基因。
