The blood pressure management of acute ischemic stroke is different from that of chronic ischemic stroke. It becomes more complicated when acute ischemic stroke patients complicated with cardiac comorbidities, such as acute/chronic coronary syndrome and heart failure. Expert opinion on blood management in terms of timing, targets, medications and strategies in the setting of acute ischemic stroke with acute/chronic coronary syndrome, or acute ischemic stroke with heart failure was summarized in this consensus.
急性缺血性卒中的血压管理不同于慢性缺血性卒中。当急性缺血性卒中患者合并心脏共病，如急性/慢性冠状动脉综合征和心力衰竭时，情况会变得更加复杂。本共识总结了关于急性缺血性卒中合并急性/慢性冠状动脉综合征或急性缺血性卒中合并心力衰竭时，在时机、目标、药物和策略方面的血压管理专家意见。
