Abstract
A description of three patients with cutaneous pseudolymphoma is followed by a discussion of the possibilities for differential diagnosis of lymphomas. It is suggested that the presence of multinucleated foreign-body giant cells in the dermal infiltrate is a histological sign of a benign clinical course.
